You must login with your username and password to book a court.

The club uses an online booking system on this site to manage bookings.  Bookings are 45 minutes a session.  You can access this system from any desktop or mobile device with a data connection.  It will also (in future) be linked to the club's Google Calendar. 

Some simple rules to observe:

  • Don't book consecutive sessions (e.g. by using your and/or your partners details), especially during week nights.  
  • If someone has made a booking and you haven't, please vacate the court.  Conversely, if you have made a booking and someone is on court, you may tell them to finish up.  You may need to use your phone to show your reservation.   
  • Don't forget to cancel bookings/reservations you are not going to use.
  • Club reservations take precedence over member reservations regardless of when a booking is made.  If the committee needs to reserve a time you have already booked, we ask for your understanding.  We attempt to block courts as son as we know they are needed but this is not always possible.   

The make a booking/reservation

  • Login
  • Check the Members Reservations (note: this only shows individual bookings, not club block bookings)
  • Check the day and time you want is available.  
  • There are two methods to book a court; Quick book menu or the Book It! button on the homepage.
  • Quick Book (from the booking menu)
    • Select the court 
    • Select the date 
    • Select the time
    • Click BookIt
    • Enter your first name (it will remember this after the first booking).  You can add a message if you want
    • Click Save Your Reservation.  If you don't do this, you haven't made a booking!
    • Check your email for booking confirmation.
  • Book It! button or menu
    • Select the Book It! button next to the court you want or the BookIT! menu item.   
    • Click on the light blue box next to the date and time you want (you can move forward week by week)
    • Click the green BookIt button at the top of the page
    • Enter your first name (it will remember this after the first booking).  You can add a message if you want.
    • Click Save Your Reservation.  If you don't do this, you haven't made a booking!
    • Check your email for booking confirmation.

Some issues with different browsers especially on mobile devices.  

You name should be displayed in the booking calendars after you have made a booking, however, as some browsers like to do things differently (Mac vs Microsoft vs Google) it may just show as a grey box.  You can confirm you have made the right booking by checking your email.  Of course, none else can book this time.  

To check and cancel your reservations

  • Login
  • Select Reservations from the Booking menu
  • Note your reservation times and dates
  • click "Cancel" next to the reservations you no longer require
